No physical items will be shipped. All access is delivered electronically and/or immediately upon purchase.

2. No Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the instant and irreversible delivery of digital products, all sales are considered final.

TikTokShopLab does not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Credits
  • Partial refunds
  • Cancellations after purchase

This policy applies regardless of:

  • Lack of results
  • Failure to use the product
  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of the product
  • Technical limitations on the buyer's side
  • Dissatisfaction with the purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital intellectual property and therefore waive refund eligibility.

3. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from TikTokShopLab, you agree to contact us first if you experience any issues.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of product access
  • Submission of purchase records, IP logs, and access confirmation to payment processors
  • Recovery attempts for administrative and dispute fees where applicable

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to all products.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by TikTokShopLab are protected intellectual property. This includes The Lab AI system, custom LLM configurations, prompt frameworks, research systems, training materials, documents, and guides.

You may not:

  • Share access
  • Resell the product
  • Distribute the materials
  • Republish content
  • Reverse engineer systems
  • Extract prompts or replicate the AI structure for resale

Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

5. No Earnings or Business Guarantees

TikTokShopLab provides educational tools, frameworks, and AI systems designed to support online business development. However, we do not guarantee income, revenue, sales performance, TikTok Shop results, business growth, or financial outcomes.

Any income or performance examples shared are illustrative only. Your results depend on factors including your effort and execution, skills and experience, market conditions, product selection, and platform changes.

You accept full responsibility for your business decisions and results.

6. Platform & Technology Disclaimer

TikTokShopLab is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, payment processors, hosting services, AI platforms, and software tools.

If a technical issue occurs on our end that prevents access to a purchased product, our sole obligation is to restore access. No additional compensation will be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TikTokShopLab or its operators be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of business or profits, platform bans or restrictions, data loss, business interruption, or financial losses related to product usage.

All products and systems are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modification of Terms

TikTokShopLab reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Florida.

Final Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is a digital product
  • You understand access is delivered electronically
  • You understand there are no refunds
  • You agree to all Terms listed above
